Lust of life. Lust > Love.

lust of life

Lust is usually intense or unbridled sexual desire which is outnumbered completely to love.

Uncontrollable and foreseen in modern day, this emotion is gaining a lot of weightage as people are revolving around it I’m talking about Lust of Life. The other ‘L’ orto further call it the sacred one is now being replaced and lust has taken over. Love is now a very rare phenomenon and only those who feel it with their heart and not with their bodies experience it.

Lust of life

If she has nice assets or if he’s shredded then I want to be with him. It’s okay if I cannot connect to him emotionally but I want to connect with him/her physically. This is lust. But it never lasts long. You might sleep with them once, twice or thrice or maybe 10 times and then its OVER. You don’t want them anymore as you’re satisfied and now you want someone new to satisfy you.

Why I feel lust is more growing is because:

Physical Hook-up than Emotional Hook-up

Lust of life

As a matter of fact, what is happening is they just wanna be inside their pants and not inside their heart. Sex is a want, agreed but not the ultimate want, right? Moreover, I feel lust will take nowhere apart from bed. Whereas investing in someone emotionally will always pay you great dividend.

It’s all about Materialism:

lust of life

Some of you might not agree that materialism cannot create lust but it does. Materialism is all about objects and wanting those objects and lust is the same.  The body becomes an object which you want, which you want to play with and feel it. This is how it goes. It at times gets so bad that you literally crave for them. Sounds very unbelievable but that’s just how it is.

lust of life

Desires: Lust of life

Desire is something which can happen among strangers or amongst best of friends. You desire to be physical with them but you want it casually because people are now scared to jump into relationship but they’re very ready to jump into the bed. Love in such cases has become very foolish and lust has gained modernity. Desiring someone or fantasising and actually living it makes you want it more and that’s what is disturbing relationships as you quickly get over with them.

  2. Great write up! There is a significant difference between the two.

    1. We’re complexing both the terms. We crave for lust and run away from love and end up with temporary happiness.

      1. Aahhh, but there’s exceptions to every rule.

    1. Its not bad to have lust but you Victoria, it shouldn’t become a habit. Everyone has desires and its bad to have desires but what I want to say is it shouldn’t become a necessity or a craving and then as love is a sacred feeling it’ll prolly end up somewhere hidden behind the bushes and lust would be the on-stage performer.

      1. Good lesson 🙂 I like the comparison- “on-stage performer” 💃🕺🎻

        1. Thank you for your time. Appreciated.😊✌🙌

  8. Totally agree with you. People misunderstood love with lust. There is a fine line between both of them or might be a bigger gap.

    1. I feel there’s more than a fine line….Attraction is required in any form of relationship….and for love too there should be attraction…but what is happening is the attraction has been objectified and its just stayed there…and its not going further…After attraction there is connection then developing and then maintaining. But with lust its like attraction, hook up and then end of story

      1. Yes, absolutely correct

        1. Have a great day ahead today!

          1. Happy new year 😊. You too
