This is probably the most important post that I’ve done so far. Why this is of so much importance is because its going to change your perception in 2019. 2018 is now done and dusted and everyone is looking forward for 2019.
Most of y’all might have come up with the to-do lists in 2019 which might include, shredding your body, maintaining fitness, some business goals, some professional goals and some desires and aspirations to travel. Not against any of it but, here’s one goal that everyone should be looking forward to maintain and that Goal is ‘Taking Care of your Mental Health’
As y’all might know I’m a firm believer of Mental Health and also advocate about it and with my blogs I look forward to help people and the community.
For me Mental Health is all about ‘the way of expression’ if you can express properly then Son, you’re on the right track. Being expressive does not always mean to be an extrovert but what I mean by ‘expressive’ is speaking what you feel.
So, in 2019 if you want to stabilise and then improve your Mental Health then you need to keep a proper check on your emotions. Now, I’ll be mentioning 7 emotions to take care of in 2019 to improve your Mental Health and also how to improve your mental health.
As less to say, this is what drives us away from stability as if you’re a hypocrite, you cannot be stable. For me, hypocrisy is very demeaning. No one would like to be associated with a hypocrite. It would eventually put you in a state of trauma where you’ll start to lose yourself and then you’ll start bickering which will then put your mental health down.

Jealousy is a complex emotion which ranges from fear of abandonment, to rage and also humiliation. It can literally get the worst out of you and one worst think about it is IT NEVER COMES ALONE, it brings revenge with itself. Revenge then never sees boundaries and destroys the person. Power of acceptance
Acceptance allows you to be free from the shackles of denial and move forward in life creating a new path and a new life for yourself. As hypocrisy is raising, acceptance is lowering. The best way to cut down hypocrisy is by accepting things. Once you start accepting things or people, you’ll attain a new sense of thinking that “Yes, I belong there and I can be better self than what I am currently” as power of acceptance brings a lot of positivity with itself and makes you a very positive person.

Compassion or empathy whatever you say is such a dignified emotion and trust me there’s no better feeling in understanding others.
If you want to be understood, you need to understand.
Once you start thinking from others perspective then you start building yourself and then you have a very positive self-pride and speaking of self-pride, here’s the next emotion to look forward too.
Ego is the most concerned topic as there’s no clarity within a few of us between ego and we generally mean self-respect as ego. That’s wrong. Ego is vice whereas self-respect is virtue.
Self-respect is just not a word but it’s an aura. Where does it come from? It drives its way through the generosity you have and the compassion that is filled inside you and ensures that you make a point that YOU are never down in any given situation in life.

Sense of belonging
Very tricky to attain and you know sense of belonging is very delicate too I feel as if you over do it, you generate ego within you and then there’s overconfidence and if you under do it then its barely of no use as you do not accept that you belong there. So, to achieve that sense of belonging is really very important to be a better you. You think its difficult to achieve it? I don’t think so. Here are the ways to achieve sense of belonging.
