I’m 19 and Being a Mental Health Advocate, I get so many Instances where people face stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, loneliness, frustration as a result of resisting to express what they feel!

This situation arises because we always tend to curb what we feel and in the quest of doing so, we start to lose ourselves.

For me, Mental Health is all about expression. If you’re expressive then 8/10 times you’ll notice that you’ll feel balanced in life. It’s good to cry, it’s good to cheer, it’s good to be angry but what’s not good is either overdoing it or holding it back.

So, Ask yourself this Question:

“Do You think You have a stable Mental Health?”
